1. Order Processing Time
- Non-Custom Items: Orders for non-custom products are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Custom Items: Processing time for custom-made products will be communicated directly to the customer based on the specific requirements of the order.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates (US)
All orders include tracking. We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-6 business days after processing.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
3. Shipping Costs
