1. 15-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact and undamaged.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For hygiene, customization, and product nature reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to buyer misuse, negligence, or improper care
  • Natural crystal products returned due to natural characteristics described in Section 8

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Buyer’s Remorse (Non-Quality Issues)
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item selection):

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original outbound shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for non-customized, undamaged items only.

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including:
    • Shipping the original item back
    • Shipping the replacement item

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to be completed

8. Natural Crystal Disclosure & Product Care Notice

8.1 Natural Crystal Characteristics (Important Notice)

All of our crystal products are made from 100% natural crystals. Due to their natural geological formation, each crystal may display inherent features, including but not limited to:

  • Ice-like inclusions (mist or cloudiness)
  • Internal fractures or veining
  • Cotton-like textures
  • Needle-like mineral inclusions

These characteristics are formed naturally during crystal growth due to changes in temperature, pressure, or the presence of other minerals.
They cannot be completely eliminated through polishing and do not indicate defects.

8.2 Natural Mineral Imperfections

Some crystals may contain minor surface pits or mineral gaps resulting from natural extraction and formation.

  • These are not quality flaws
  • They are evidence that the crystal is natural, untreated, and not artificially synthesized

Returns or refunds will not be accepted on the basis of these natural features.

8.3 Color Variation Disclaimer

We carefully select and quality-check every crystal product. However:

  • Natural crystals cannot have identical color, texture, or structure
  • Each piece is one of a kind
  • Product photos are for reference only

Actual color and appearance may vary slightly due to natural variation and display settings.
The physical product received shall prevail.

8.4 Metal Components Care Instructions

14K Gold-Plated Components

  • Long-term wear may cause oxidation due to exposure to air and moisture
  • This is a normal phenomenon, not a quality issue
  • Replacement components are available upon request for an additional basic service fee

S925 Sterling Silver Components

  • Can be regularly polished using a silver cleaning cloth to restore shine
  • Do not use silver polishing cloths on crystals, as this may damage the stone surface

General Care Advice

Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising

Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfumes, and chemicals
